I walked into this house just like you see it right now. They just picked up and left. They took what they wanted, which wasn’t much, and left the rest, and just made the process really easier on them. And they were able to go get the property that they wanted and get moved. So anyway, we’ll flip the camera around here and walk through real quick and I’ll show you some of the conditions of this house and see if it’s something you’re dealing with.
All right, so first we have this giant dead tree that’s literally hanging right over the house. All kinds of trash out here. The house was like this when I came over to look at it. They were hesitant to have me come, but I told them we deal with this stuff all the time. So they had a couple pets. The wife was disabled. They had these little dogs and they were doing their business in the house. As you can probably see here, there’s just kind of a trail of dog crap through the house. And it looks like they just kind of took the furniture they wanted and dumped things out or whatever. I just told them well, leave it. Leave what you don’t want. And it smells ripe in here.
