Tyler is a service-disabled Special Operations veteran who came home, put down roots in Northwest Arkansas, and built a real estate investment company from the ground up. A Real Example

A family reached out to PDQ after their loved one passed away, leaving behind a home that had been vacant for several years. The property had significant damage from wildlife — raccoons and squirrels had gotten in and done considerable damage to the interior. The family needed to settle the estate and had no interest in managing a renovation or waiting months for a retail sale. A traditional listing wasn’t realistic given the property’s condition.
